How does your package shipment work?

Standard shipping - DHL

Orders placed from Monday to Friday by 2:00 PM will be processed and shipped the same working day. 
Standard shipping times: 2-3 working days after processing and shipping. 
Shipping cost: € 9.90. 
Free shipping for orders over: € 49.90. 

Do you need to change the address or postpone your shipment?

With our DHL courier, you can do it however you want and above all you can receive your package where it is most convenient for you:

How does it work?

You will receive an email a few hours after your package is shipped (also check your spam folder) and you will be constantly updated on the progress of your shipment.

Through the link sent via email, you can access your area to manage your shipment, where you can choose up to 6 customization options:

1) You can choose a new delivery date to be made within 3 working days following the originally scheduled one.

2) You can choose to have the shipment delivered to a safe place (garden, garage, balcony) at the same delivery address.

3) You can authorize delivery to your neighbor at your same address (Locality and street must fall within the managed area of the original destination office.)

4) At an address of your choice different from yours.

5) At DHL branches.

6) You can set the delivery day and time that suits you best.

With the Live Tracking service, you can check the shipment status in real time.
