PRODUCT EXCHANGE (ITALY ONLY)

Items purchased on the website www.bysimon.it can be exchanged within 14 days of receiving the order. Only new products in perfect condition can be exchanged. We offer two alternatives to manage this situation conveniently and advantageously:

1. Replacement with Shipping and Pickup: If the purchased product does not meet expectations, it is possible to request a replacement. In this case, our company will handle the shipment of the new item and the pickup of the item to be replaced via GLS courier. This service is available at a cost of 15 euros.

To start the replacement process, you can contact us via WhatsApp or send an email to shop@bysimon.it, indicating: subject of the request, order number, first and last name, specific item you want to exchange, new item you want to receive. We will arrange the shipment and pickup promptly.

2. Discount Coupon for the Next Order: If you prefer not to make an immediate replacement, we offer the opportunity to receive a discount coupon, valid for 15 days and usable for the next order.

To request this option, you can contact us via WhatsApp or send an email to shop@bysimon.it, indicating: subject of the request, order number, first and last name, specific item you want to exchange. Once the request is approved, the customer can personally handle the shipment (freely choosing the preferred courier) or ask the company to handle the shipment with GLS courier at a cost of 15 euros.

RETURN:

SATISFIED OR REFUNDED

Bysimon allows returns for refund or exchange, even without any reason, within 14 days from the date of product receipt. If you want to return items, just follow the instructions:

Make sure the items are in the same condition as you received them

The refund is made within 10 working days from receipt of the return, as per sales conditions.

Bysimon offers a return service with its own courier who will pick up at home at a cost of 10€

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (ITALY ONLY)

The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within the term of 14 calendar days from receipt of the products.
The customer can exercise the right of withdrawal if they comply with these conditions:

• The products must not have been used, modified, or personalized.
• The product boxes must not show signs of wear, abrasions, or scratches.
• The product must be accompanied by the attached warranty / receipt or invoice

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN (ITALY ONLY)

Make the return in 3 simple steps:

1- go to your private area and request the return.

2 – fill out the RETURN / EXCHANGE FORM with the product(s) from your order you want to return.

3 - Place the items to be returned inside their original packaging and include inside the package the printed FORM, making sure the outer box is well sealed and protected,

4 - the customer can choose to organize the shipment of the items at their own expense (freely choosing the preferred courier) or ask the company to handle it at a cost of 10 euros with GLS courier.

Returns with costs or charges to be borne by BYSIMON GROUP SRL will not be accepted under any circumstances.

REFUND AMOUNT

You will be refunded the cost of the returned item. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

HOW THE REFUND IS MADE

The refund is made through the payment method used by the buyer (within 4 - 7 working days). If this is not possible, it will be made by bank transfer; in this case, you must provide us by email with your bank details (IBAN and account holder information).
