Jewelry must be handled delicately and with care, in order to keep it for as long as possible. Care and maintenance are essential to preserve the characteristics of metals, plating, and stones. It is good practice to remove them when: washing hands, bathing, doing sports, cleaning, and going to sleep.

We recommend storing your jewelry in a (well-closed) pouch when not in use; this way they are better protected against scratches, light impacts, and air. It is important to prevent contact with chemicals, acids, cosmetics, creams, hair sprays, detergents, and perfumes, seawater or water at high temperatures. For cleaning, use only appropriate products such as specific cloths, immersion liquids designed for this purpose (not generic products); if unavailable, wash the items using lukewarm water with a very soft-bristled brush, drying them very carefully on a soft microfiber cloth. All our silver jewelry is rhodium-plated to counteract the natural oxidation process, while gold-plated 18Kt yellow or Rosé jewelry is electroplated using modern techniques, which generally ensure long-lasting durability.

All products come with a warranty certificate that certifies the authenticity of the purchased product, with all the features.
The Warranty on our jewelry lasts for 24 months from the date of purchase only if proven by the related fiscal receipt / invoice / fiscal receipt that certifies, in addition to the date, that the item was purchased from an authorized BYSIMON retailer. This warranty exclusively covers manufacturing defects, material defects, or defects resulting from manufacturing, excluding plating and enameling. Damages resulting from an accident, defects caused by impacts, normal wear, tampering and/or interventions carried out outside the BYSIMON Service Center are not covered by the warranty. Loss and theft are not covered by the warranty. Otherwise, for all damages covered by the warranty, BYSIMON will provide free repair of the item.
