Payment Methods

Payment by credit card:

In case of payment by credit card, financial information (card number, expiration date, etc.) will be automatically forwarded via encrypted protocol to STRIPE, without  BYSIMON GROUP SRL or third parties having any access to it. Such information will also never be reused except to issue related refunds in case of returns. The amount paid will be charged only after the order is processed by BYSIMON GROUP SRL. 

Payment with Paypal:

In case of payment via PayPal account, financial information will be automatically forwarded via encrypted protocol to PAYPAL, without BYSIMON GROUP SRL or third parties having any access to it. Such information will also never be reused except to issue related refunds in case of returns. The amount paid will be charged only after the order is processed by BYSIMON GROUP SRL. 

Payment with Scalapay:

For payments with Scalapay, the amount will be managed according to the conditions of the Scalapay service, which allows payment in three interest-free installments.

Payment by bank transfer:

Payment must be made in advance by bank transfer and only after confirmation of payment will we proceed with order processing.

To speed up order processing, the Customer can send a copy of the bank transfer receipt to the number 0823.513830 (also WhatsApp) or by email to shop@bysimon.it.

Shipments Italy:

Shipments are made by express courier (GLS OR DHL)

The average delivery time varies from 1 to 4 working days, depending on the location.

a) Shipping cost

For all purchases in Italy, the shipping cost starts from € 9.90. For purchases over € 49.90, shipping is free.

b) Preferred delivery times

It is possible to add a "note" in the shipping documents with the preferred time, but this does not guarantee in any way that the time will be respected. 

c) Absent at the time of delivery

If the courier cannot contact the recipient at the time of delivery, they will attempt delivery again in the following days (sometimes even the same day), or may leave a delivery notice with information necessary to arrange a further delivery. No additional costs are expected.

IT IS VERY IMPORTANT TO PROVIDE A VALID PHONE NUMBER IN CASE THE COURIER NEEDS TO CONTACT YOU, AND AN ADDRESS WHERE THERE IS ALWAYS SOMEONE WHO CAN RECEIVE THE SHIPMENT.
