Bysimon allows returns for refund or exchange, even without any reason, within 30 days from the date of receipt of the product. If you want to return items, just follow the instructions:
Make sure the items are in the same condition as you received them
The refund is made within 15 working days from receipt of the return, as per sales conditions
We will ship new orders only once the return has been received
If you have received a non-compliant item, contact us immediately! We will resolve it right away!
Bysimon allows the return service (for orders placed from Italy) with its own courier who will pick up at home for only €5.00!
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (ITALY ONLY)
The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within the term of 30 calendar days from receipt of the products.
The customer can exercise the right of withdrawal if they meet these conditions:

Products must not have been used, modified, or personalized.

The product boxes must not show signs of wear, abrasions, or scratches.

The product must be accompanied by the attached warranty.
HOW TO MAKE A RETURN (ITALY ONLY)
Make the return in 3 simple steps:
1- write an email shop@bysimon.it.
2 - Tell us the product (or products) from your order that you want to return. It is possible to request a refund or an exchange.
3- pickup by our courier at your home.
