Items purchased on www.bysimon.it can be exchanged within 14 days of receiving the order. Only new products in perfect condition can be exchanged. We offer two alternatives to handle this situation conveniently and advantageously:

1. Replacement with Shipping and Collection: If the purchased product does not meet expectations, you can request a replacement. In this case, our company will handle the shipping of the new item and the collection of the item to be replaced via GLS courier. This service is available at a cost of 15 euros.

To start the replacement process, you can contact us via WhatsApp or send an email to shop@bysimon.it, indicating: subject of the request, order number, full name, specific item to be exchanged, new item to be received. We will arrange shipping and collection promptly.

2. Discount Coupon for Next Order: If you prefer not to make an immediate replacement, we offer the opportunity to receive a discount coupon, valid for 15 days and usable for your next order.

To request this option, you can contact us via WhatsApp or send an email to shop@bysimon.it, indicating: subject of the request, order number, full name, specific item to be exchanged. Once the request is approved, the customer can personally handle the shipping (freely choosing their preferred courier) or ask the company to handle the shipping with GLS courier at a cost of 15 euros.
